Get 1/4 of a Yak!!  Our best value.  This will generally yield 80 - 90 lbs of meat per quarter, and will include the following:

4 Tenderloin Steaks, 6 oz.

4 Ribeye Steaks, 12 oz.

4 New York Steaks, 10 oz.

4 Top Sirloin Steaks, 12 oz.

4 Top Round Steaks, 12 oz.

1 Yak Flank Steak, 5 oz.

2 Yak Chuck Roasts, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs.

2 Various Roasts,  2 1/2 lbs. to 3 lbs

1 Brisket, 3 lbs.

4 Short Ribs, 3/4 to 1 lb.

4 Stew Meat,1 lb Packages

35 - 40 Yak Burger, 1 lb Packages

Weights will vary, but our Yak Quarters will generally average 85 - 90 lbs of meat in total.  If this varies significantly, we will adjust the price of your quarter to reflect a different outside our normal range.

You have a few options on getting this Yak Quarter.  We will deliver to the Front Range.  If you are elsewhere in Colorado or surrounding areas, we can often still deliver or you can drive to us.  You can also pick your meat up directly from our processor, Double J Meats in Pierce, CO.  We can also ship your meat via Frozen LTL Carrier if you order at least 300 lbs., which would mean you would need to order at least 4 quarters, we can ship nationwide.  You can combine forces with your friends and family to meat this minimum, .  This will normally take at least 1 whole yak but the cost will generally run $ .60 to $ .75 lb to ship to most locations in the continental US when you ship in bulk with a Frozen LTL Carrier.  You will pay the exact shipping cost, we will have to get a quote for you once your Yak Meat order has been confirmed and paid for. We don't always have a quarter or more in stock, if so we can take a deposit and normally get your meat to you within 1 - 3 months.  Being all grass fed animals, we prefer to harvest most of our yaks around the first through the end of November, with most of our Grass Fed Yaks being harvested from September - February each year.  This is when we prefer to harvest and supply the quarters and a late fall harvest will generally yield the best quality Yak Meat.  We also give a little bit of a discount for Yak Halves ~ $1,750 and Yak Wholes  ~$3,450, and we base those prices on the live weight of the animal.
